1. Agreement

By accessing or using the Texas Patio and Fence, LLC project management application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service is an internal project management tool operated by Texas Patio and Fence, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”) for managing fence installation jobs, scheduling, and team communication. Access is limited to authorized Company employees and project managers.

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS notifications through the Service, you agree to the following:

• Consent: You consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Texas Patio and Fence, LLC related to job assignments, scheduling updates, and operational notifications. This consent is not a condition of employment or use of the Service.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on job activity. You may receive messages each time a new job is assigned to you or when job details are updated.
• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also contact us to have your phone number removed. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.
• Help: For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at the information below.
• Supported Carriers: Major US carriers are supported. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt-In Method: SMS consent is obtained when an administrator adds your phone number to the system with your knowledge and approval, or when you provide your phone number through your user profile.

4. User Accounts

Access to the Service requires a user account created by an administrator. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended business purposes. You shall not:

• Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempt to access data or features beyond your authorized role
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Texas Patio and Fence, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Texas Patio and Fence, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to lost data, missed notifications, or service interruptions.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
